Thanks to a particular donor (you know who you are) I was able to finally get enough money to buy volume 8 of Chunchu. That would mean better scans once we’re done with volume 7. There are still 9-15 left, and if you guys can donate some money to me, I’ll be more than happy to buy them, ship them to my little country, scan them and make it all pretty. Right now it’s more half-assed than anything…

Sorry for the loooong hiatus, guys. I encountered a problem, you see. Quoting my previous posts, I am finally finding the online raws simply terrible to work with that they just demotivate me. I wish I could do something about it, but I can’t. It makes editing less pretty and everything. This may be my last update for a while as the rest of the volumes aren’t any better.

BUT. I know, BUT.

I could buy the volumes. Unfortunately, I don’t have any money right now. As in I just graduated from University. Finding jobs has been quite difficult, and to add insult to injury, I’m completely broke. But I DO have a scanner. I DO have the skills to make the scans prettier and better and larger. I CAN make time.

What I do request is someone to a.) Donate some money so I can buy the raws from overseas, or b.) Donate the volumes themselves to me. That way I can give you scans that are at least 1400 px big, edits prettier than your girlfriend (just kidding), because, yes, given good scans, I could redraw like a mofo. AND if given money to buy/volumes, I can and will churn out a volume a week. Sounds cool? You’re not the only one who wants to see this done; I do, too!

With that said, I am not requiring you guys to do any of that. If no one can help with that aspect, so be it. I’ll still do this manga, but just in a slow pace… because one look at the raws, and I close the window because I can’t stand it. Horrible, horrible.

So… yeah… the online raws are REALLY terrible to work with. I really don’t feel like translating the rest because they’re just so horrible. I’m willing to buy the volumes, but I don’t have any money right now. If anyone’s willing to donate the volumes to me, or some money to buy, let me know. Till then, I won’t be doing much updates :/ One look at the raws and I feel demotivated…

ETA: If anybody can donate the volumes/money to buy them, I’m willing to churn a volume a week. I also want to see this done, you know.
